Doing It All: Getting Done What Matters Most

Being a leader in the “new normal” means that you’re multitasking 24/7 and you’re expected to produce great results with fewer resources. It’s no surprise that maintaining focus can be a major hurdle. With so many simultaneous demands on your time, passionate engagement is a “must have” skill.

New York Times bestselling author Mark C. Thompson will give your team the Productive Passion Test: learn six steps to instantly ignite passionate engagement and how to get back on track when thrown off course.

    1. How to get into the Productive Flow
    2. Build a Resilient Edge to bounce back from challenges
    3. Tap the passions that inspire Engaged Accountability
    4. Find innovative ways to manage Over-commitment
    5. Balance Humility with Political Incorrectness
    6. Ignite Collaborative Leadership – Get the Right People in the Right Seats to Embrace Change!

This new topic responds to a deep craving Mark identified during dozens of keynotes last year: every leader is asking their direct reports to do more with less. And even if you were successful last year, your ‘reward’ is that you must move faster and accomplish more now!

He’s worked directly with executive teams at Nokia, NIKE, Unilever, Baird, Bank of New York and 35 firms in the US, Europe, Asia and Brazil in 12 industries.

Thompson bets his own wallet on change and innovation by investing directly in companies that are on the leading edge of change.
