    About Connie Podesta

    My passion as a keynote professional speaker comes from my experience as a human behavior expert and comedian. I know what it takes for audiences to get their needs met because I have presented to more than 10,000 audiences over the last 25 years. I love to help people understand the role other people play in their lives, especially difficult people.

    So who is Connie Podesta?

    How many comedians do you know who are also licensed therapists? While that’s a unique combination, it tells you something very interesting about who I am. The therapist in me sees a great need to challenge people to make choices that will lead to happier, healthier, more productive, and more successful lives. And though this world that can be demanding at times, the comic in me can’t help but express the sense of humor and love of life that can be found when we look just a little bit closer.

    At my core, I deeply believe that people have an innate desire and ability to change. To be better, perform better, and feel better in their jobs, their relationships, and their personal lives. That’s why I have made it my life’s work to help thousands of people realize these desires, motivating them to make changes and achieve successes they didn’t even think were possible.

    Being funny and inspiring change only goes so far without a great message. I promise that your group will laugh and they will interact teaching them to better understand other people in your organization. After many years as a keynote professional speaker, I also know that my approach with understanding human behavior makes it easier for a person to reflect and reconsider long-held beliefs, listen and absorb new information and skills, and most importantly, lead that person to want to take some action and change something in their life for the better. I’ve seen that only when an individual begins to change, does an organization change as well.
